Return Policy

• Returns Not Accepted: At this time, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you select your items carefully before making a purchase.

Replacement Policy

• Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are only available for products that are wrong or damaged upon arrival.
• Proof Requirement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a live video of the unboxing of the product.
• Time Frame: You must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement.
• Procedure: Contact our customer service at creastyles.in@gmail.com to initiate a replacement request. We will guide you through the process.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at creastyles.in@gmail.com
• Refund for Cancelled Orders: If the order is cancelled within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
